Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is looking to hire entry level Back Office Wealth Management associates - to help support their corporate head office located in the downtown Toronto area on a hybrid basis.

Please note - this is a hybrid role - with the expectations of the qualified candidate being able to work in the office 2 days a week in the downtown Toronto area.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• This is a fully back office role, there will be no interaction with customers, only with internal partners at times

• You will be responsible for data entry duties and reviewing client documentation

• Processing Fee rates, grouping accounts, etc

• You will be working on a ticketing system, and working in an SLA driven environment

• You will be supporting several Lines of Business, and a lot of cross training will be provided which will create great opportunity for learning and growing

Must Have Experience/Skills:

• 6+ Months of experience within Wealth Operations (Understanding of Securities, Registered vs Non Registered Products, Etc.)

• Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge / Experience (Understanding of Macros, Pivot Tables, Etc.)

• Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge / Experience (Outlook, Teams, Etc.)
