Key Accountabilities

Technology Product Owner manages the Client Profitability and operations Pipeline for GBM business lines globally. The team designs and implement the most appropriate workflows & processes to facilitate efficient Sales operations, ensure adequate governance controls, and provide optimal integration solutions to meet immediate project requirements while supporting the long-term direction of the enterprise.

This is done by supporting the following overall objectives:

  • Develop and promote strategies, roadmaps, architectural guidelines, standards and best practices for the evolving enterprise information management practice.

  • Data governance, standards, criteria, and practices

  • Work with business users to obtain data requirements and analyze source systems data.

  • Analysis of source systems data (structured and un-structured) and business requirements

  • Ensure compliance to Enterprise Data Office guidelines, best practices, Enterprise Security guidelines, policies.

  • Work closely with the technical and application architects, and developers to implement the solution architecture.

  • Communicate with business stakeholders to maintain regulatory policies and sales operations.

  • Document business flows, design efficient processes, change management, on-going operations.

  • Maintain technical & business metadata.

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience with CRM systems and client analytics or pricing tools.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products & Client P&L reporting

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong Analytical skills.

  • Experience creating architecture and strategy artifacts.

  • Experience of XML, JSON, CSV files ingestion + Streaming Data

  • Strong Domain Knowledge in financial Services and enterprise functions

  • Strong project management and team leadership skills

  • Experience working in Agile environment.

  • Knowledge of Data Governance process for metadata and lineage management

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or diploma in computer engineering or information science
