Insight Global Coordinator, Release Management in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Release Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team within a Dev/QA Derivative focused Capital Markets technology team. This role is essential for planning and executing production releases while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing ServiceNow tickets to facilitate release planning and production activities to ensue all production is seamless.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years experience - can be internships or co-ops

 Experience using a ticketing system such as service now, jira etc

 Basic understanding of software development, QA processes, and release cycles.

 Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. - Interest in Capital Markets null
