ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Investment Management Client Solutions Associate, you will work with internal management teams and institutional investors to develop, set and deliver local market business development objectives.

This exciting opportunity is part of the Client Solutions Job Function. They are responsible for providing capital raising and client engagement for the firm’s global product lines and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • In both English & French, work with local business partners to support existing clients and assist in converting new client prospects to the platform.

  • Support business development and fundraising initiatives with regional and local management and internal team members.

  • Support Client Solutions Officers (CSO’s) in marketing a full range of private markets (i.e. real estate and infrastructure) funds, SMAs and co-investments to institutional investors within the region.

  • Prepare materials and reports for client meetings and events; carry out ad-hoc administrative functions as needed.

  • Manage client service programs and expand the local institutional client base.

  • Assist in product development initiatives and its details.

  • Responsible for compliance of company policies and marketing standards.

  • Manage investor requests and expectations for data and research information.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.

  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in English and French, with ability to translate written and verbal communications in various settings.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 or more years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

  • Willingness to take on a new point of view on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
