Job Description:

TD Asset Management (TDAM), a member of TD Bank Financial Group, is a leading North American investment manager offering progressive investment solutions to both institutional and individual investors. The Regulatory Communications (RC) team is responsible for the successful development, management and delivery of various Regulatory documents and projects throughout the year. The RC team is responsible for the management of project related data, scheduling, graphic files, typesetting, digital delivery, printing, distribution and uploading of regulatory documents produced by TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM). The RC team manages positive internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships and assists other TDAM units, with the production and delivery of various form design, AODA remediation and regulatory edelivery/physical mailings as required.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate the development and digital and print production of regulatory documents for final distribution.

  • Develop and manage schedules between internal stakeholders and external supplier partners.

  • Working with internal stakeholders, external design agencies, print/mail vendors, auditors and translators.

  • Manage the regulatory digital notification files for epref clients, TIBCO system, genpatch files

  • Build and maintain relationship with internal/ external stakeholders

  • Year over Year comparisons and budget reviews.

  • Review client data, perform QC and proofread documents

  • Ensure records and samples are maintained and archived for audit and compliance purposes

  • Manage AODA remediation process for required documents (Accessibility Ontarians Disability Act)

  • Process Invoices through Ariba system where required.

  • Ensure TD Brand standards and all compliance, legal, brand and other regulatory guidelines are adhered to with all documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Project management, including schedule creation and management

  • Advanced Excel skills and awareness of general accounting processes

  • Provide service, facilitate discussions, and assume a lead role within RC team and build strong relationships with internal and external partners

  • Ability to work under tight timelines and changing circumstances

  • Monitor services and process productivity and implement continuous performance improvements where opportunities exist.

  • Keen attention to detail with strong proofreading skills

  • Assist manager with SOW and MSA's management and creation for external vendors

  • Assist manger with budget reviews

  • Familiarity with view (enquiry) functions of internal mutual fund recordkeeping systems

  • Ability to write and update departmental procedures

  • Problem solver with well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Identify and lead problem resolution

  • PMP Certification an asset

  • Knowledge of data and graphic management, e document development and delivery, print/mail production would be an asset

  • Knowledge of National Instruments 81-106 would be an asset
