Your responsibilities
Create project launch plans in line with business requirements and physical capabilities.
Establish core project teams and assign tasks to appropriate stakeholders.
Coordinate communication between the factory and commercial business.
Ensure smooth product launches, delivering the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time.
Manage product changeovers, minimizing obsolete stock and maximizing availability.
Effectively manage residual stocks and packaging during product changeovers, communicating issues to key stakeholders.
Manage changes in manufacturing, ensuring zero risk to supply.
Manage SKU complexity, setting targets with senior management and ensuring compliance.
Oversee the SKU approval meeting process, setting agendas, and ensuring feedback is actioned.
Ensure new products are set up in the appropriate systems for launch.
Lead continuous improvement or supply chain projects as needed.
The experience we're looking for
University Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or a Supply-related area.
3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a fast pace CPG environment.
Experience managing supply chain or new product development projects. Understand basic product development, regulatory requirements, planning and manufacturing processes.
Demand planning experience preferred.
Experience working with global manufacturing locations.
Strong project management experience with a proven track record of results. PMP certification preferred.
Ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills with project teams.
Ability to anticipate and evaluate risks, plan contingencies, and resolve issues.
