Adecco US, Inc. Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager in Toronto, Canada

Our client, founded in 2018, has quickly become a leader in programmatic advertising and they are looking to grow their footprint and client base by hiring a skilled Sales Manager with experience prospecting new business from small and mid-size advertising agencies.

The Programmatic Advertising Sales Manager will manage programmatic advertising services for our client selling managed campaigns to agencies and direct clients throughout North America. This role is remote and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Presenting/Closing (40%): Deliver compelling presentations and close sales with new and existing clients.

  • Prospecting/Lead Generation (25%): Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.

  • Cold Calling (15%): Reach out to potential clients to introduce services and secure meetings.

  • Following Up on Supplied Leads (5%): Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.

  • Account Management (15%): Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Strong network of smaller, independent agencies (tier 2/3) or small to medium-sized clients throughout North America.

  • Proven track record in selling managed programmatic advertising campaigns.

  • Ability to prospect and develop new business relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and SaaS platforms is a plus.

Territory and Travel:

  • Covering the United States.

  • Less than 15% travel expected.

Our client offers:

  • A strong base salary in the $110-125K range

  • An uncapped commissions plan that will enable a skilled producer to achieve annual OTE of $200K or more

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
