Lyft Creative Director, Art & Design in Toronto, Canada

At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. To do this, we start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate creative leader to join our internal creative team as Creative Director (Art/Design). You’ll report to the Head of the Creative Studio and partner closely with the Exec. Creative Director (Copy) to nurture our team’s creative and conceptual chops, foster a culture of creative excellence and joy, and elevate our brand’s design and visual expression. You’ll be a hands-on maker and creator who leads by example: Concepting, crafting, and executing breakthrough creative work while mentoring and inspiring team members.

And a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in visual design, conceptual thinking, and culturally-relevant creative work that reflects a clear understanding of the Canadian market and Toronto specifically. The ability to excel, enjoy yourself, and move work forward in an energetic and frequently ambiguous environment is critical.

Perhaps you also have a deep-seated belief that hot pink is a way better brand color than boring old black.
