The In Vitro Diagnostics Sales Representative for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for forging new customer relationships, as well as enhancing our existing customer sales relations.

Focused on Piemonte and Valle d’Aosta regions, s/he will use his/her knowledge of the IVD industry, influencing skills and KOL connections to develop and deliver profitable initiatives and expand our IVD business in this area.

This position is part of our outstanding Italian IVD Sales Team, will report to the Sales Area Manager North-West and be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive and deliver increased sales in the region in full respect of policies and Company values

  • Assertively drive orders from customers, in line with monthly forecasts

  • Monitor Market trends and scale up commercial opportunities in the region

  • Responsible for revenue and profit targets in the region

  • Influence and drive the Technical Experts in the Organization to bring to Key customer sites the best skills available in the organization

  • Engaged in the full sales cycle with a great partnership with Company assets: Tender & Sales Admin dep, Marketing, Workflow, Customer Care.

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing a timely and accurate forecast, engaging all parts of the sales cycle, together with customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide to Sales Area Manager the right input for an accurate forecast

  • Update Market trends on Company tools with meaningful insides into Customer activities

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University’s degree in Biology or Biomedical Engineering; Chemisty

  • Around two years experience in Sales of IVD laboratory instruments OR in a similar field

  • Clear understanding of public and private complex tenders

  • Fluent Italian and very good English

  • PC literate with experience with a CRM system as salesforce.com

  • Readiness to travel across Piemonte e Valle d'Aosta regions from Monday to Friday to visit public and private hospitals and laboratories
