What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Take ownership of complex Cloud Transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Foster Communication: Enable effective and regular communication between Oracle and customer stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Strategic Planning: Work with executive level customer stakeholders to develop Cloud solution adoption strategies and plans that enable rapid, low cost deployment across customer enterprises and deliver successful outcomes.

  • Executive Engagement: Create and present executive-level status reports and dashboards, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues and proactively address solution-level challenges with internal teams and customers.

  • Handle Escalations: Serve as a key senior-level contact for internal and customer escalations.

  • Customer Consulting: Provide ongoing guidance and expert feedback on solution design, implementation, enablement, and deployment.

  • Seamless Transition: Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to enable smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing operations.

  • Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance and leadership throughout the program lifecycle, inspiring innovation and high performance while driving customer success.

  • Innovate and Inspire: Contribute to an environment focused on innovation, productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a top-tier organization, with a track record of successfully managing large solution architecture, design, and deployment projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cloud based solutions and technologies, integration methods, networking, databases, and solution design. Hospitality or retail solutions experience is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to create and deliver impactful customer-facing reports and dashboards, with comfort presenting to both business and technical executives.

  • Collaborative Leader: Proven success in a matrix business environment, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable and Positive: Ability to quickly learn, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

  • High Standards: Commitment to high standards in customer and peer interactions, with a focus on excellence.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
