What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with software architecture and GIS experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with a large team of application developers, service developers, and data engineers/administrators to improve the ways application architecture is defined, developed, managed and used.

Qualifications
Required:
Individual should be able to work effectively with diverse functional and technical disciplines including business representatives, architects, systems engineers, business analysts, developers, testers, and systems operations staff
Experience in full-stack application design, development and lifecycle
Overall 12 years of experience including programming web services in .NET, Python, and NodeJS; creating, updating, and querying PostgreSQL databases; developing user experiences in React, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript; implementing best practices for testing, API communication structures (REST/JSON/ETC), and multi-system interactions
Coordinate resolution of highly complex production problems and tasks, presenting new ideas and concepts in support of operational goals and objectives
Integrate and translate complex concepts into tactical action plans within a scrum team
Provide guidance for high-level architecture, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, process improvement, automation, and development activities
Experience migrating on-premises applications to containerized solutions in AWS (EKS) and updating applications to use AWS native tools (RDS, MSK, etc.)
Experience working with Agile software development teams, source control management tools (Git, Azure DevOps, BitBucket, etc.), and CI/CD pipelines
Experience providing technical solutions, code/design peer reviews, coding standards, agile practices, work estimation, requirement gathering, client interaction, collaboration, technical documentation, user stories etc.
To be successful in this role, you are a person with a drive for continuous learning, thinking ahead, and adaptability to new technologies
Preferred:
Executive communication/presentation, relationship management, project delivery management
Working experience in legacy systems modernization and code migration and modernization
Experience developing and working with open-source and commercial GIS technologies and data, including SpatiaLite, GeoPackage, OGC GIS service standards (WFS, WMS), ESRI map services, ArcGIS JavaScript APIs, Leaflet, GDAL, SQL Server Spatial, and/or PostGIS

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $140,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
