Description:

100% Remote role Our industry-leading client is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant with ERP System Experience.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $95 - $110 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing processes.

• Lead business process analysis initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Implement and optimize ERP systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Business Central.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.

• Review and refine key business processes, including Lead to Cash, Quote to Cash, Warehouse Management, and Ideation to Obsolescence.

• Provide expertise and guidance on ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle, to support business needs.

Experience Requirements:

• Business Analysis/Business Process Analysis

• Extensive ERP Experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Business Central)

• Experience with Oracle, SAP ERP systems (nice to have)

• Experience with Manufacturing Companies

• Familiarity with Business Processes: Lead to Cash, Quote to Cash, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Ideation to Obsolescence

• Some experience with:

• Change Management

• Business/Functional systems architecture

• Version Control

• Master Data Strategy

• Excellent Communication with all levels of the organization

• Strong Teamwork Abilities

• Problem-solving Skills

• Analytical Thinking

• Adaptability

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
