Our healthcare client has an amazing opportunity for a Product Manager.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap for reimbursement products, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle accounts

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.

• Define and document product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) for new product features and enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, and incorporate this feedback into product development decisions.

• Prioritize product features based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.

• Monitor product performance (e.g., usage, customer satisfaction, key performance indicators) and identify areas for improvement.

• Work with clients and external partners to collaborate on joint development of roadmap and features

Experience Requirements:

• High level user requirements to design both UI and integration

• 5+ years of experience

• Domain in lifestyle accounts area (reimbursement accounts)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
