Purpose of Role
This role will be responsible for supporting and assisting the development of all IT projects within the 3D Program at Under Armour. This teammate will be assisting the solutioning process by actively participating in the design, development and deployment strategies of all Digital Product Creation (DPC) systems & platforms. In addition, this person will become an expert in Digital/3D processes at UA, supporting Digital/3D IT leadership with the exploration of new technology solutions and elaborating business cases around our Digital Product Creation and Go-to-Market initiatives. The role will provide analytical results and insights based on simulating, testing, and documenting scenarios to determine optimal digital experiences across our Go to Market lifecycle. Your Impact
Collaborates in the exploration of innovation technologies, to aid in design and presentation of business cases to IT leadership and business partners.
Participates in the design, development and deployment of solutions in collaboration with IT partners and business stakeholders
Works with internal divisions of innovation, development, merchandising, marketing, sales & operations teammates, as well as consultants to design, develop, and implement 3D solutions.
Manages the deployment and integration of solutions with the larger organization and existing 3D ecosystem.
Works with our functional super users to ensure full knowledge transfer both internally and to external partners.
Participates in change management and adoption of new solutions in collaboration with stakeholders in the different product organization.
Technical support for end users for digital product applications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 2 years in a high-growth environment, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
2 years of experience as an IT analyst or developer, preferably in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Python and MongoDB, with additional experience in 3D software (e.g., Rhino, Clo, Optitex) and rendering platforms (e.g., KeyShot, Blender) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve issues and build business relationships in a fast-changing environment.
Familiarity with PLM, product creation software, and broad IT domain knowledge is a plus

Base Compensation
$66,429.00 - $91,339.60 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
