What You'll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations professional to support the Sr. Director of WW Strategy, Planning & Programs. This role will be instrumental in managing executive-level communications, coordinating leadership events, and assisting with strategic initiatives across the sales organization.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of various programs and events across the GTM organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This highly visible role requires creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills. This role will collaborate across departments, handle time-sensitive deliverables, effectively manage multiple communications tools and channels, develop content, and support key events, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging for internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of GTM quarterly All-hands meetings

  • Organize and help manage logistics for leadership meetings/events ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared

  • Support in the execution of sales leadership offsites, including agenda creation, venue selection, and follow-up actions

  • Develop executive-level presentations & coordinate content development with senior leadership

  • Develop and implement processes for special programs

  • Write, proofread, edit, and distribute internal and customer-facing communications, including event summaries, organization announcements, sales communications and leadership updates.

  • Administer surveys to capture post-event and ongoing feedback

  • Identify cross-project interdependencies, risks and business change impacts across team

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, sales or marketing operations

  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal Skills, as well as writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong project management organizational & time management skills

  • Experience in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office Suite.

Pay Rate: 68200.0000 - 85200.0000 - 102300.0000 Annually

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
