Job Description:

CARE Specialist/Senior Administrative Specialist

Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Specialists for a temporary-to-hire in Downtown Topeka.

Hourly pay rate is $21.93 - Weekly Pay

Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

Processing pre-admission screens and resident reviews (PASRR) for the State of Kansas. You will receive the PASRR which are special admissions, Level 1 and Level 2 assessments. They will be dispersed for processing and entered Kansas Aging Management Information Systems (KAMIS) once they are approved and valid. Other duties as assigned.

The information gathered will be used to report statistics to legislation, CMS, and other areas that need information.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships, especially with key stakeholder. -Providing thorough and direct written/verbal communication. -Customer Service skills and knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years in providing direction necessary to implement the objectives of an organization

Ability to alphabetize, sort, file, and organize files manually and electronically

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Experience in pursuing needed information through legally acceptable HIPPA and PHI regulated channels.

Pay Details: $21.93 per hour
