This includes developing project documentation, guiding the design process, and interfacing with customers and suppliers. This individual will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other Project Engineers and project team members. Extensive practical experience with rotating equipment, heat exchangers, control valves, and piping is required.What are we looking for?BS in Mechanical or other Engineering field or equivalent experience.7-15+ years of experience in related field.General familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software a plus.In depth knowledge of Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).Detailed practical knowledge of ASME Piping and Pressure Vessel codes (ASME B31.1, B31.3)Extensive practical knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and motors.Extensive practical knowledge of heat exchangers, filtration, and pressure/temperature instruments.Detailed knowledge of ASTM structural steel shapes, fabrication techniques, and welding processes.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Project.Strong, demonstrated ability to lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and solution development.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team on a regular basis, both verbally and in writing.Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task including working on multiple projects simultaneously.High organizational skills are required to maintain and track all project correspondence and documentation.Demonstrated experience and capability to lead and mentor others in a technical capacity.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Working with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
