The Regency Memory Care Club - Toms River Outside Sales/Lead Generation Manager in Toms River, New Jersey

The Regency Memory Care Club located Toms River, New Jersey is a very busy private pay adult day care. We provide specialized day care and stimulating activities for those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. We are seeking a sales-minded, highly motivated professional to market our program.The primary responsibility of this position is to build relationships with healthcare professionals to drive leads then convert those leads into sales.The right candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to be coached. This candidate will also be a self- starter who is proactive in generating leads, increasing our client base, and promoting the Regency Memory Care club to the local community. The Field Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the daily attendance of all members.Position Type:Full TimeResponsibilities:•Expectations are 20% inside sales and 80% outside marketing to generate referrals.•Pipeline management: on a daily basis work hot, warm and cold leads to ensure you are advancing each lead. •Daily lead calls to generate qualified appointments through cold calling, responding to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various outside marketing efforts, sales campaigns and target account prospecting.•Manage the sales process: guide families through their decision-making process with strong post-referral follow up with families and professional partners.•Conduct presentations to large groups to attract prospective members and increase community awareness of the club.•Complete strategic outside sales calls with current and potential referral sources that result in qualified referrals to the club•Meet top line revenue goals based upon fees generated via memberships and attendance.•Maintain a database (SalesForce) of current and potential referral sources with complete and daily updates.•Prospecting via phone and email, performing excellent and professional follow-up on leads, generate new business opportunities.•Meet or exceed sales activity metrics on a daily basis.•Use Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.•Build positive and solid relationships and effectively communicate with assigned referral sources.Requirements•2+ years of experience in sales and/or lead generation•Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening ability, good writing skills•Cold-calling experience•Highly motivated, driven, a self-starting and goal driven individual•Proven success in lead generation•Experience and comfort prospecting via phone, email, mail and other new account development activities•Strong verbal selling skills over the phone and email•Experience with CRM is a plus (Salesforce preferred) but not necessary•Must have compassion, patience, tact, and a very positive disposition.•Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times, hostile senior citizens within the facility and at their homes.•Must enjoy working with the elderly and their families•Must have valid driver’s license
