Shift/Pay

Ranging from $25-$32/hr, with guaranteed overtime! Hiring Immediately!

1st (day) shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

2nd (afternoon) shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday

3rd (overnight) shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift mechanics

• 2nd shift: $0.75/hr.

• 3rd shift: $1.25/hr.

*Required to train on 1st shift schedule for 2-3 weeks

Description

Set up and break down full line configurations of multiple pieces of equipment, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and assist with various repairs and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down full line configurations of multiple pieces of equipment.

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to line equipment such as pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, fillers, cappers, and labelling machinery.

• Perform basic plumbing repairs and improvements.

• Perform welding/fabrication tasks as needed.

• Assist with electrical repairs such as 3-phase motors, sensors, and photoeyes.

• Perform calibrations on mixers, load cells, compounding equipment, etc.

• Generate Purchase Requisitions for materials and parts needed.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing liquid production lines including tanks, pumps, and pipe fitting.

• Experience in Food and Beverage, Pharma, cosmetics, or paint/solvent manufacturing.

• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

• Preventive maintenance.

• Industrial maintenance.

• Welding experience.

• Electrical troubleshooting.

• PLC troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Pipefitting experience preferred.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Independent worker and self-starter.

• Experience maintaining and repairing liquid production lines and experience in Food and Beverage, Pharma, cosmetics, or paint/solvent manufacturing.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
