Description We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team in the heavy machinery sales and service industry. This role is based in Tomball, Texas and is an on-site position. You will be responsible for providing application support, developing, implementing, and maintaining JD Edwards applications, and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for our corporate application portfolio.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand business processes and gather requirements.

• Customize and enhance existing JD Edwards applications to improve functionality.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to JD Edwards development and support activities.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, and Dell Technologies to resolve complex issues.

• Design, configure, and develop JD Edwards applications, focusing on distribution, manufacturing, and financials.

• Leverage skills in AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Cluster Analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency.

• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Use SQL and XML technical knowledge to manage and integrate complex databases.

• Work extensively on system upgrades, migrations, and third-party integrations. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Database management

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies

• Ability to conduct AB Testing

• Experience with Active Directory

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Proficient in Cluster Analysis

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
