Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a Systems Analyst to perform system security, end-user assistance, and data & operational analysis within Trident, our in-house business/maintenance/wood system.
Principle Responsibilities
Maintain system security/permissions
Update approval rules
Maintain alternate approvers
Maintain distribution list accuracy
Perform system changes required with new employees, terminations, or changes of position, including changes to approval rules, permissions, inquiries, open records, etc.
Address user questions and troubleshoot systems issues
Assist users in submitting tickets to request system changes, including working with users and programmer to clarify requirements, test after program changes are made, etc.
Review tickets from other mills to discuss impact with local users
Assist users in testing and approving pilot builds for completed tickets
Assist users with data integrity – identify concerns, investigate, monitor & train users to correct
Assist users with writing inquiries to gather data
Assist with Semi-Annual review and audits
Monitor daily reports to identify potential issues with the report scheduler
Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Associate degree in an IT related field
1-3 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must work on-site – this is not a remote or hybrid position
Most possess a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must have strong computer skills
Must be detailed oriented
Must possess effective communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
