Kelly Services Warehouse / Forklift Operator in Tolleson, Arizona

Direct Hire Opportunities! Looking for Forklift Operators in Tolleson, AZ for our premier solar client.

Hours : 5:45am-6pm (Rotating Shift 4,3,3,4)

Location : Tolleson, AZ 85353

Job Type : Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to load/unload product and receive incoming materials

  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with shipping and receiving duties

  • Create and maintain accurate inventory records by doing physical counts and cycle counts

  • Read production schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed

  • Provide support for other departments

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all company rules and regulations

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of forklift experience

  • Ability to stand/walk/sit for 12 consecutive hours

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Knowledge of safety regulations in the warehouse and on equipment

  • Ability to read and write in English

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color and close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
