Job Title: Quality/Process Manager
Location: Tolland, CT
Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 per year

About the Role:
We are assisting a client in the tooling and machining industry in their search for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality/Process Manager . This role is essential to maintaining quality assurance, ISO compliance, and seamless production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical prints, including tolerances, and determine inspection requirements for completed jobs.
Pre-Inspection Preparation: Review technical prints prior to inspections and input necessary data into systems for job planning.
Order Management: Collaborate with leadership to track order progress and ensure timely completion.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing print questions and clarifications.
ISO Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintain documentation accordingly.
Laser Marking: Operate laser engraving tools for part marking as required.
Shipping and Receiving: Assist with packing and receiving tasks when necessary.
Estimating and Quoting: Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for customer projects.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the tooling and machining industry.
Proficiency with measuring instruments, such as micrometers and digital indicators.
Experience in quality management, process management, or a related role.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
