Express Employment - Skilled Trades Weekend Shift Production Supervisor in Toledo, Ohio
Tier 1 Jeep Supplier here in Toledo looking for qualified candidates to join their weekend production team as a supervisor!
Duties include:
- Delegating production staff daily responsibilities to ensure production needs are met.
- Ensuring production staff are engaged and focused on assigned tasks.
- Ensuring proper training of new staff.
- Documenting and communicating quality and equipment issues.
- Tracking staff performance.
- Reading, communicating, and abiding by all work instructions.
Assisting in minor troubleshooting and light maintenance of the equipment
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of Supervisor experience in an automotive setting
- Experience in Quality Inspection and Defect Tracking
- Oversite of 25+ employees spanning multiple lines
- Experience in a paint line would be preferred
- Experience delegating staff to assist in areas of need
- Good communication, documentation, and tracking skills
Must have a valid Driver License
