A Day in the Life as a Call Center Representative: • Communicate only with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services---no cold calling involved. • Ensure timely communication with future customers. • Gather and provide information over the phone. • Use a dual-monitoring system for accurate data collection. • Qualify customers and raise awareness of promotions. • Create an excellent first impression as one of the first points of contact for customers.
