The Role

メインフレーム領域におけるインフラ設計、構築、移行および運用の経験を活かし、関連プロジェクトでITスペシャリストとして活躍できる方を募集しています。

メインフレームを中心とした様々なシステムのデータセンター移転やコンソリデーションにおける設計、構築、移行や、その後の運用エリアにおいて技術リーダーあるいはスペシャリストとしてのポジションです。

<職務内容>

・メインフレームシステムの設計、構築、移転・移行に関する計画から実行のリード、あるいは運用エリアにおける設計やリード

・チームリーダーとしてのチーム管理、メンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーション

・技術分野におけるスペシャリストとしての活動

We are seeking individuals with experience in designing, building, migrating, and operating infrastructure within the mainframe area. This role involves working as an IT specialist on related projects, focusing on the design, construction, and migration of various systems' data center transfers or consolidations. The position may also involve serving as a technical leader or specialist in the operations area.

  • Leading the planning and execution of design, construction, transfer, and migration of mainframe systems, from planning to execution, or leading design and execution in the operations area.

  • Managing the team as a team leader, communicating with team members and customers.

  • Engaging in specialist activities in the technical field.

・メインフレーム領域全般あるいは特定の領域での知識・経験

(HW,OS,Middleware,Database,Storage,Network,自動化等)

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Product knowledge and experience in building, transferring, and operating mainframe systems (hardware products, z/OS products, DBDC products).

  • Knowledge and experience in IT service management, including incident/problem/change management.

  • Experience in the technical field related to product changes and version upgrades.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience as a team leader

  • Knowledge and experience in any or specific areas of the mainframe domain (hardware, OS, middleware, database, storage, network, automation, etc.).
