●メインバー「マデュロ」でのマネージャー職

　・レストラン、バーにおけるスムーズなオペレーションの遂行

　・マネジメント全般（売上管理、スタッフ育成、勤怠管理など）

　・各種プロモーションイベント・メニューの考案と実施

Manager position at the main bar “Maduro

　Smooth operation of the restaurant and bar

　General management (sales management, staff training, attendance management, etc.)

　Devise and implement various promotional events and menus.

Qualifications:

●予算管理・達成能力

●目標設定と計画立案

●スタッフ1人ひとりの行動をモチベート、サポート出来る。

●成果を導くために迷わず行動ができ、良い職場環境を創れる。

●中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力

●中級レベルのPCスキル（Word，Excel)

Ability to manage and achieve budgets

Goal setting and planning

Ability to motivate and support the actions of each staff member.

Able to take action without hesitation to achieve results and create a good working environment.

Intermediate level of English and Japanese language skills

Intermediate level of PC skills (Word, Excel)
