[職種] テクニカルアカウントマネージャ

お客様の環境(IaaS/PaaS)で障害が発生した際、オラクルのエンジニアやサポートチームを組織し、障害発生時間を最小限に抑えるように支援を行います。また、障害発生がお客様のビジネスに与える影響を確認し、調査進捗を管理してお客様への報告を行います。四半期毎にお客様とのミーティングを開催し、今後の計画や重要なイベントを確認し、今後の支援方針を決定します。

Responsibilities

オラクルの代表としてお客様を担当し、お客様が抱える問題の早期発見と支援を行います。プレゼンテーション能力や論理的思考を基に、お客様や社内との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて問題解決を進めるとともに、お客様のシステム運用要件やプロセスを理解し、信頼できるアドバイザーとして関係強化に努め、長期的な信頼関係を築いていただきます。

  1. OS(Linux)/DB/Server/Storage/Network 全般でIT運用の経験がある方（5年以上）

  2. システムインテグレーターやメーカーの運用サービス部門、サポート部門、ITコンサルタント部門などの経験がある方（5年以上)

  3. 以下のいずれかの領域でのサポート・運用の経験

・オラクルハードウェア製品(Exadata/ODA/Oracle Server)サポート業務の経験

・オラクルミドルウェア製品(Oracle DB/RAC/ASM/MySQL)のサポート業務の経験

・ネットワーク製品の構築/運用サポートの経験(VPN/WANなど)

・Cloud製品の構築/運用サポートの経験（Oracle Cloud/AWS/Azureなど）

・運用管理ツールの構築/運用サポートの経験（JP1/System Workerなど）

・仮想化ツールの構築/運用サポートの経験（VM wear/Oracle VMなど）

  1. プロジェクト管理の経験

  2. Cloudベンダーの認定資格

英語は円滑な会話能力があることが好ましいが、コミュニケーションを取るための読み書き（資料、メール、chat 等）ができれば可
