Consultサービスを取りまとめるConsult Partnerの直下でStrategy Consultant（Manager）は、変革を要望するお客様の経営層から部門エグゼクティブをカウンターパートに、プロジェクトの立ち上げからその後リードをします。

今回の募集で採用された場合、マネージャー相当の裁量、処遇・待遇でお迎えいたします。

現在、KyndrylではConsult Partnerを中心にコンサルティングサービスの拡大を推進しております。

全業界のお客様に対して、ニュースコープで事業企画・立案・推進に取り組んでいます。

コアミッションは下記2つ

・Consult Partnerと協働で新規事業（プロジェクト）の立ち上げ

・プロジェクト開始からコンサルティングアウトプットをリード

これらのミッションの達成が、お客様の付加価値を向上させ、市場における更なる競争力を提供すると考えています。

この実績を基に、お客様ニーズに合わせたフルカスタマイズ、導入への検討時間の短縮化、早期のインプリメンテーションを実現しています。

さらに、インフラの構築費用から運用費用までを包括的にデザインすることも可能です。

経営・ビジネスとシステム全体を連動させ、インフラからアプリまでを俯瞰し、お客様の事業の展望を拡張させていくことが可能です。

Our strength is to directly contribute to the transformation of our clients' businesses! Under the direct report of the Consult Partner, who coordinates the Consult service, the Strategy Consultant (Manager) leads the project from inception to subsequent with the client's management and departmental executives as counterparts.

If hired for this position, you will receive discretion, treatment and compensation as a manager.

Currently, Kyndryl is promoting the expansion of consulting services centered on Consult Partners. For clients in all industries, we are engaged in business planning, development, and promotion with new perspectives.

Core missions are the followings：

・launch new businesses (projects) in collaboration with Consult Partners

・Project lead and delivery

The achievement of these missions will increase the added value of our clients and provide further competitiveness in the market.

Kyndryl Consult, a technology consulting service is supported by more than 30 years of experience in operating reliable infrastructure systems, including the time at IBM, a group of experts who have acquired advanced technology skillsets and capabilities, and the use of global case studies. Based on these track records, we have achieved full customization to meet clients’ needs, shortening the time required to plan implementation, and early implementation. Additionally, it is possible to comprehensively design the infrastructure from construction costs to operating costs. By linking management and business with the entire system, it is possible to overview full-spectrum from infrastructure to apps, and expand the client's business.

Career Plans

After gaining experience as an IT Strategy Consultant, you will be able to lead the expansion of Kyndryl's business as a Consult Partner.

・at least 2 years of Consulting experience at consulting firm

・Be able to open up a new path on their own

・Be able to investigate and carry out their work on their own

・Be expand their experience to others

Preferred Skills and Experience

コンサルティングファームにて、下記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・戦略コンサルティングの経験

・ITコンサルティングの経験

・経営コンサルティングの経験

・業務コンサルティングの経験

・システム開発（システム・アプリ・インフラ問わず）の経験

Experience in any of the following at a consulting firm

・strategy consulting

・IT consulting

・Management consulting

・Business consulting

・System development (regardless of system as a whole, application, or infrastructure)
