Description
Amazon Business Japan (ABJP) helps enterprise customers transform their in-direct purchasing leveraging Amazon's broader capabilities in a corporate level.
Sr. Strategic Account Manager has dedicated responsibility for super-large enterprises that have not yet adopted Amazon Business company-widely. It's required to develop strong relationship with procurement stakeholders, identify their key challenges for procurement transformation and propose solutions well alinged to their initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory strategy and plan focused on new customer acquisition
Penetrate in customers' key stakeholders with holistic view to their companies overall
Dive into the current state of their procurement business deeply and create solutions and/or work-arounds that help optimize their in-direct purchase
Manage anything related to procurement transformation with Amazon Business as an account leader and take the lead in organizing any relevant team members internally
Have a broader view to customers' business and make a difference by leveraging what Amazon can bring to them across the business unit

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
University degree
English (proficient in business level recommended)
Complex deal management (especially that for large enterprise customers recommended)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end
Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
