Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are hiring a Project Support Specialist to support the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) business segment, which supports the backbone of outdoor cellular and Wi-Fi systems.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

  • Take ownership of customer support for all requirements (queries, orders, opportunities/projects) within the Japan region.

  • Participate in weekly update calls with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams.

  • Ensure the timely and accurate entry of purchase orders into our ERP systems.

  • Resolve any purchase order issues that prevent timely order entry, collaborating with the customer and sales to ensure accurate and clean purchase orders.

  • Manage orders effectively, including receipt, acknowledgment, and change requests, working with internal stakeholders to prioritize and resolve related issues, and communicating with the customer as needed.

  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

  • Identify priority projects with the project manager and contribute to process enhancements (automation) and simplification.

  • Provide solutions by demonstrating initiative in resolving issues and improving efficiency.

  • Maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues logs from inception to resolution.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Order Management, preferably in the IT industry.

  • Fluent in Japanese with a high level of English proficiency.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across virtual functions and teams.

  • Strong ability to prioritize workload to meet challenging deadlines.

  • Capable of multitasking efficiently and working well under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Prior knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, and CRM Dynamics is advantageous.
