Job Responsibilities:
Soliciting new tenants for logistics facilities managed by CBRE Investment Management under development and after completion.
Strengthening relationships with tenants in logistics facilities under management
Proposing leasing plans for development projects
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Negotiations and executions of lease agreements
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in leasing logistics facilities (Preferable)
Experience in asset management of logistics facilities
Strong teamwork skills
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist
