It is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. We are continuing to build a high paced and lean Japan team to implement and expand our last mile capabilities across key segments of Japan Transportation business. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Program Manager for our JP Amazon Flex Marketing Team.

Key job responsibilities
Work with regional and tech teams to optimize the onboarding funnel for our delivery partners
Plan and execute high impact campaigns/communications to increase onboarding funnel conversions
Analyze a complex set of metrics to identify onboarding funnel improvement opportunity upon understanding the latest operational status across Amazon Flex
Ensure project milestones are thoroughly tracked, executed, and measured including schedules, resourcing, critical paths, and mechanisms linked to data visualization for regular actionable insights
Build a deep understanding of how marketing uses its tools, and serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing team’s functional requirements, across recruiting and communications technology
Partner and interact with project managers, sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features
Make connections across the teams that are building solutions, identifying where we have gaps or redundancies; influencing leadership to streamline solutions and define mutually beneficial goals, ensuring scalability of solutions
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Business level of Japanese and English (written, verbal)
3+ years of experience in campaign management, or product marketing, with end-to-end campaign design and execution
1+ years of experience in executing technology solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing worldwide projects in a local environment
Experience developing & overseeing road map strategy and definition
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms
Prior experience in working with SQL
Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
