【Netsuiteとは】

NetSuiteは、1998年にEvan Goldbergを中心とした4人によって設立された世界で最初のCloud ERP企業でした。比較するとSalesforce社が設立されたのはその翌年1999年であり、SalesForceよりも歴史があります。2017年にOracleに統合され、Oracleが持つ豊富な資金力、研究開発力、人的リソースがそこに加わる事で急激な成長を続けることができました。特に昨今は豊富なAI機能の開発やERPへのAI導入等の面で競合他社との差を大きく開き続けています。

NetSuiteにはCRMやERP、Eコマースなど経営に必要な機能が全て含まれています。現在、『クラウド』を銘打った業務系のシステムは多く市場に出ていますが、管理部門によって異なるシステムを利用している場合、うまく連携できなくて業務効率が低下したり、データの紐付けや相関の調査などができなかったりします。それぞれのシステムの質が高くても、連携や相関関係の調査ができなければ業務効率や収益に良い影響は与えられません。NetSuiteは、複数の機能を統合したオールインワンシステムのため、各機能の活用によって得たデータを紐付けしたり、相関関係を探るなど様々な使い方ができます。例えば、CRMとEコマースをERPと連動させれば、売上データや顧客情報、商品の在庫状況などが更新され各部署に最適な形で分析結果が表示されます。100% Pure CloudであるNetSuiteはこれらの機能連動性やAIなどの新機能導入のアップデートを非常に速く円滑にできています。これらは古いアーキテクチャを利用した競合他社製品とは一線を画すポイントです。日本でもメルカリ社やDeNA社等数多くの企業で利用されています。

Responsibilities

【役割】

・すでにNetSuiteをご利用頂いているお客様の経営層や事業責任者の方とビジネスディスカッションの場を持ちます

・ビジネスディスカッションの中で経営や業務に関する課題を把握します

・課題解決のための改善策の方向付けや仮設立てや検証を行います

・上記を包括し分析した上でNetSuiteビジネスの拡販・深耕に繋がる提案を行い営業活動を支援します

【必要な経験・人材像】

・IT 業界でのコンサルタントまたはプリセールス経験者としてERPまたはCRMの知見をお持ちの方で

経営視点を持ち、お客様の経営層と有益なビジネスディスカッションを実行することが可能な方
