Kuehne+Nagel National Aerospace Manager in Tokyo, Japan
You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + aerospace skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
You will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining + ensuring procedures are updated that ultimately deliver customer + operational excellence. You will do this by collaborating with various internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
Your Responsibilities
To supervise team, set SMART objectives, streamline process to set performance goals + update training + certification records.
To implement any new systems within the department.
To develop + maintain relationships with SME customers including attending customer quarterly business reviews (QBR).
To grow relationships with EngineChain approved vendors evaluating their core competencies + competitive positioning using industry cost models; annual cost reviews of vendors is expected to proactively drive down business running costs.
To ensure compliance with company policies + procedures, global aerospace defense policy (P807) + engine policy manual (P808).
To be responsible for all aviation + aerospace (AA) product audits, both internal + external.
To be fully responsible for the relevant profit + loss inclusive of meeting key performance indicators (KPI).
