Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter

The newest addition to the division will be Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter (WBSTT), an indoor attraction that will invite visitors to step into the fascinating behind-the-scenes world of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. The Studio Tour Tokyo will offer special features to enable visitors to deepen their understanding of how the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films were made. With iconic film sets to explore, costumes and props to discover and magical experiences to delight, the indoor attraction will invite visitors to enjoy scenes from the films first-hand and discover how the world's favorite book series was brought to life on screen.

Unlike a theme park, the Studio Tour will allow visitors to step into film sets and enjoy an exciting entertainment experience. This will be only the second tour of its kind in the world and will build on the hugely successful Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL).

Covering over 960,000 Sq Feet Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter will be opening in Toshimaen in the first half of 2023.

Business Unit Overview:

  • Retail & Commercial team manage the revenue support activities of which include retail store, restaurant, photo, and audio guide services, Warehouse at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo and to provide optimum levels of service at all times across all revenue operations.

Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • Under the direction of Warehouse Operations Manager, properly handle warehouse and its stocks of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo and provide exceeded experience to customers who visit site and use e-commerce service.

  • Avoid having delay and failure, respect planed schedules and act accordingly.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Organize import trade practices and related tasks.

  • Planning and management of schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments of products to and from domestic suppliers and Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo.

  • Check and manage inventory stocktaking, handle inventory changes, and develop and implement remediation processes as needed.

  • Follow procedures to ensure that goods are received and shipped within appropriate time frames.

  • Accurate and regular reporting and reporting of defective or damaged items.

  • Handle e-commerce orders globally and locally (after implementation).

People/Leadership

  • Deliver optimum levels of service to fill customer needs.

  • Be flexible to adjust yourself to fast changing environment with fully aware of activity within the department and the business.

  • Develop a broad range of knowledge and skills with an inquiring mind.

Selection Criteria

R elevant Previous Work Experience

  • 2-3years experience in logistics required.

  • Experience in retailing industry of general merchandise and food product.

  • Associate degree or above

Skills Required

  • High level understanding of international trades and domestic logistics including documentation management.

  • Well organized and committed.

  • Problem solving across all areas on a daily basis.

  • Develop and motivate individuals and team to achieve goals.

  • Communicate in a timely & effective manner to enhance storage operations.

  • Ability to prioritize and improve efficiently.

  • IT literate.

  • English – Intermediate (Written and Reading)

Working Pattern:

  • Because of the adaptive nature of this role, flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.

  • 7.5 - hour workday

  • 1-month changeable time pattern
