Continental JP Tire OE/ Customer Supply Planner in Tokyo, Japan

FC Planning Process

▪ Determination of customer demands on article level based on scheduling agreements for next 12 weeks plus rolling months forecast

▪ Regular prepare and calculate the fc data for assigned SOP customers and articles review with KAM on article level, and finally update in APO system

▪ Rolling monitoring of demand changes. Coordination with SCPs about necessary production plan adaptions

Order and inventory management

▪ Assure availability for all assigned articles along entire supply chain

▪ Receive and confirm customer call offs/orders

▪ Transport-optimized scheduling

▪ Coordination with customer about alternatives in case of availability issues(part-deliveries,dates...)

▪ Transportation monitering: delivery to customers

▪ Control and steer inventory levels in warehouses

▪ Ongoing monitoring of inventory levels in customer warehouses

Billing and invoicing

▪ Asking or receiving the invoicing notifications from customers.

▪ Checking the correctness of invoicing quantity.

▪ Issue and release the billings to accounting, and notify Finance to print vat invoices to customer

▪ Provide the necessary information or necessary invoicing documents to Finance

Information and communication

▪ Close communication with assigned customers

▪ Transfer customer requirements to the related functions

▪ Customer and Consigment Wareshouse visits for Logistic purpose

▪ Continous improvement of internal and planning processes with customers

▪ Monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators(KPI)

▪ Consolidate of CS information workflow and teamwork enhancement

Others

▪ Customer complaint handling (lotistic, non quality issue)

▪ Instructor on Customer Logsitic process and system settings

▪ Tasks those are assigned by superior

  • Bachelor degree or above, commercial education, perferred in Logistics area

  • 4-6 years' working experience in logistics (especially in warehousing and distribution)

  • Experience more than 3 SCM projects, Knowledge of SAP preferred

  • Project leadship is a plus, conflict management

  • Intercultural sensitivity

  • Business English and Japanese Fluent level
