Kuehne+Nagel IT Support Specialist in Tokyo, Japan
You will be part of our Information Technology team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence
Your Role
Your primary objective will provide a first point of contact for employees who are seeking IT assistance. You will collaborate with global teams to implement high quality solutions to ensure client satisfaction. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
Your Responsibilities
To setup + configure company deployed applications.
To provide resolutions for issues raised via remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques + pertinent questions.
To be responsible for tracking + administering our IT assets.
To comply with all internal standard help desk procedures (e.g. ticket logging, recording of incident resolution).
To update stakeholders on incident resolution progress on a timely basis.
To improve customer service quality by evaluating + re-designing processes, establishing + communicating service metrics, monitoring + analyzing results.
To prepare error diagnostics + detailed problem descriptions for escalation as required.
To perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong technical skills + knowledge of IT management, along with your stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
