You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your technical expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to provide professional Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) solutions. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders to understand, learn, implement and support them as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Your Responsibilities

To provide responses to warehouse tenders for core (WMS and TMS) and surrounding application systems by understanding and analyzing customer requirements in order to provide the right system solution and the right system implementation cost.

To study + prepare information systems solution design documents to ensure they can be implemented.

To configure WMS, TMS and or surrounding applications after alignment with customer requirements and our operations.

To deliver logical mapping for system Interface and Report development.

To train key users on WMS/TMS for new and existing functionalities.

To conduct testing, training and to provide project Go-Live support.

To manage projects (updates), change request, provide consultation and support on new implementations / existing projects.

Your Skills and Experiences

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Logistics / Supply Chain Management equivalent

Experience in Warehouse Operation Process

Presentation skills, both in preparation and delivery (as well as for Training purpose)

WMS/TMS System and System Integration (mapping)

Ability to troubleshoot WMS / TMS / EDI processing and data quality issues

Language Japanese is mandatory. Basic English is a necessary. All System trainings will be provided in English.

Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge is mandatory. Blue Yonder WMS knowledge is an advantage.

Business Intelligence (SAP Business Object), Oracle Transport Management, PCIP (Parcel Carrier Integration Platform) or carrier integration knowledge is an advantage.

Hardware knowledge such as RF mobile and printer configuration (Honeywell and Zebra products) is an advantage.

Automation or WMS Integration with WCS is an advantage.
