Veralto Editor/CAD Software Application Sales Manager in Tokyo, Japan
主な業務内容:
ArtiosCAD をメインとしたEskoソフトウェア製品・ソリューション受注のため、販売代理店パートナーへの提案活動、営業支援活動を行う。
販売代理店パートナーへの製品・ソリューションの紹介とデモンストレーション、販売促進活動を行う。
顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じてその業務上の課題点を見つけ、Eskoの製品とその有効な運用によってそれを解決する。
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
製品における、年度売上目標の達成
代理店同行を含むユーザー訪問(週8回がターゲット)
SFDCを使用しての受注見込み案件管理 KPI:Volume/hit rate/velocity
提案、デモ、ベンチマークのアウトプットと品質
Key responsibilities :
Build trust with sales partners, understand their business and needs, jointly develop sales plans, and achieve them with sales reseller partners.
Provide sales support and marketing (market analysis, product information, training, demonstrations, partner visits, exhibition participation, etc.) to sales reseller partners.
Introduce/demonstrate Esko's products/solutions for (potential) customer and partners.
Ensure proper communication with customer and understand their pain points to resolve them by Esko's solution.
Utilize internal resources to conduct workflow analysis at gemba, provide technical consultancy, and support for large-scale deployments.
Collaborate with overseas headquarters to stay updated on product configurations and technical information and share internally.
Manage software upgrades, new product launches, localization, and quality improvements.
Make own knowledge for Esko products up-to-date and share among team and sales reseller partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
Achieve annual sales target in software product.
User visits including joint visits with sales reseller partners (targeting 8 visits per week).
Funnel management by using Salesforce. KPI: Volume/Hit rate/Velocity
Output and quality of proposals, demos, and benchmarks.

包装パッケージ業界知識または就業経験(尚可)
印刷業界プリプレスソフトウェア製品(CAD/Editor)の知識(尚可)
Editor/CADソフトウェアを使った現場ユーザーの仕事の流れについて基本知識があること(尚可)
中級程度以上の英語能力(英語のマニュアル・文書を判読する必要あり、また本社との電子メール・Web会議でのコミュニケーションが必要)または英語習得に高い意欲がある(必須)
SFDC(セールスフォース)を使ってファネルサイズ/ヒットレート/ステップ管理などのファネル・マネジメント経験があること(尚可)

Required skill & experience :
Passion to achieve sales targets.
Specialty in Prepress, Printing Technology, Packaging industry (preferred).
Specialty of prepress software products in printing industry, such as CAD/Editor (preferred).
Basic understanding of the workflow of field users using Editor/CAD software.
Intermediate English proficiency (required to read English manuals/documents, and for communication via email and web conferences with headquarters) or strong motivation to learn English.
Experience in funnel management using SFDC (Salesforce), including funnel size, hit rates, and step management (preferred).
