Our division is responsible for developing new card member acquisition strategies in individual and corporate market. Our team manages digital advertising (online) and DM, Telemarketing (offline) to create new business and sales promotions in collaboration with external companies, and also executes some projects. In this position, the candidate will primarily focus on the creation of new business and sales promotions as well as supporting digital advertising (online) and DM, telemarketing (offline) activities.
This position can manage all the marketing process (strategy planning, campaign and promotion creation, execution and analysis, creative promotion, budget management, vendor management) as an owner position.
This position requires strong sense of responsibility and agility, as well as strong communication skills due to the management of large budget, and the need to negotiate with internal and external stakeholder such as global team members and external advertising agencies.
In order to achieve the goal, being results oriented with a focus on developing marketing skill, along with analytical & logical thinking and customer-oriented mindset are critical.
Primary responsibilities include:
Support planning and execution of external advertising strategy and promotions in digital and offline marketing
Strategy planning for external advertising
Executing PDCA cycle for maximizing ROI
Creative production
Agency management
Monitoring budget, activities report and analysis of the report.
Communication with global staff in English
Working closely with various stakeholders to deliver the attractive acquisition campaigns.
Establishing a best-in-class customer experience by customer journey optimization.
Creating new business opportunities and sales promotions
Developing, negotiating, and coordinating with new partner companies
Planning, implementing, operating and managing budget for new business and sales promotions
Analyzing and improving operations from a middle to long term perspective
Qualifications:
(Required)
Experience in promotion and planning
Knowledge of digital marketing
Experience in creative production
Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English (Have positive mindset to communicate with global team members in English)
Strong communication skills
Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
Customer oriented mindset

Experience in digital adverting
Knowledge of the credit card industry or financial industry
