  • This position is responsible for the growth of the MM Acquisition Tokyo team.

  • Effectively manage the Tokyo team and develop new business, especially for penetrating the mid-market portfolio.

  • Manage the MM Acquisition Tokyo team to develop new opportunities with a focus on self-generation to maximize billing and revenue. -

  • Create sales strategies and business schemes for the Tokyo team for stable growth. -

  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and other LOBs to align strategies and gain support for prospective sales leads.

  • Participate in test and learn sprints, organize learnings, and integrate findings into program/product design.

  • Identify opportunities and request the necessary senior management support at the right time and in the right manner to avoid business losses.

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to create an effective sales environment and address business challenges.

  1. Knowledge of GCS and GMNS B2B sales and value propositions is preferred.

  2. Deep understanding of the Japanese mid-market and the ability to explore and understand external customer needs in order to build appropriate business strategies and proposals.

  3. Strong leadership to lead new business with a focus on self-generation and achieve results.Find business opportunities and lead the sales team in the right way to meet the company's expectations.

  4. Build an effective sales team environment.Build a trusted team and good partnerships with internal resources.Connect with the right people to get the support you need to grow your business and address issues.

  5. Accelerate acquisitions by thinking innovatively, testing and trying new ideas.
