Position Description:

• Piping Designer, with (current) AutoCAD 3D Plant Design experience, capable of producing modelled deliverables that are safe, free of errors, and with minimal supervision.

• Individual should have experience designing piping within the Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical industries.

• Must be capable of interpreting the requirements of Piping Material Specifications and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, as well as have a familiarity with industry codes and standards.

Skills Required:

• Ability to model piping and equipment with AutoCAD Plant 3D software

• Determine appropriate pipe support types and required locations

• Experience with Model Review software, preferably Navisworks software

• Familiar with Laser Scan and model combinations

• Development of General Equipment Arrangements

Experience Required:

• 10+ years or of Piping Design within Chemical, Refining, or Petrochemical industries.

• 3+ years of AutoCAD Plant 3D (Recent)

Education Preferred:

• Associates degree in Drafting Program or equivalent technical certification
