Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Account Development Associate to join our team in Guadalajara!

  • Principal Accountabilities* Responsible to research on prospective clients* Research client and company background through websites and social-networking sites.* Maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in lead generation and research* Connect with prospects via phone, email and social media, and build funnel of sales accepted leads (SAL)* Maintain MIS metrics to meet activity goals (cold calls, leads, proposals)* Engage and build a strong customer relation by engaging in meaningful dialogue* Communicate with various internal stakeholders on the next steps to address qualified leads* Create a great first impression to move forward in the Sales cycle

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,541.67 - $43,083.34 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
