Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) Finance is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Country Finance Manager (CFM) service delivery model for North America Innovative Medicine. This position is based in Titusville, NJ.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner across all tiers of the organization in this high exposure role to coordinate and facilitate closing efforts, and ensure financial statements are accurate, timely, and compliant for the MRCs supported.

  • Lead a small CFM Finance team, ensuring continuous development and coaching, resulting in a highly engaged and robust team.

  • Evaluate and drive process standardization across sectors and/or globally through NA and global CFM forums to maximize efficiency.

  • Closely collaborate with Commercial BUF leadership in coordination with actual results for the business and serve as the ‘face of GS.”

  • Key reporting responsibilities include ownership of the Trial Balance, coordination and execution of Income Statement and Balance Sheet Reviews, BS-75 reporting, and all other related control requirements along with leading / coordinating A&D migration activities into GS and other special projects.

  • Support SigniFi initiatives; Central Finance (CFIN), Close, Consolidation and External Reporting (CCER), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years of finance or related business experience is required.

  • Prior managerial / supervisory experience is required.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SAP and TM1 is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams. Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization and be able to recommend and implement process improvements.

  • Ability to take on leadership roles in various initiatives and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% local travel (domestic and/or international)

The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
