What you’ll do:

Eaton's Fuel & Motion Control Systems Division has an opening for a Degree Apprentice within the Quality Team.

The role will be based at the Titchfield site on a 37 hour per week contract with supported day release and study time.

The successful candidate will undertake a fully funded 3-year Manufacturing Engineering Degree Apprenticeship via Chichester University (Bognor Campus).

Eaton will provide a detailed training programme, focusing on a wide variety of tasks including problem-solving, route cause analysis, compliance, statistical analysis, lean manufacturing and customer support, with the end goal to be situated within the Quality team.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

• 3 A Levels – Grade C or above (to include Mathematics) OR

• BTEC vocational qualification at Level 3 OR

• Level 3 apprenticeship

• Relevant work experience grade in GCSE’s (minimum of grade ‘4’ for Maths and English)

The following qualities would be advantageous but are not essential:

• Knowledge of Aerospace Quality Systems, standards and specifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skill set in Word, Excel and PowerBI
