We are currently looking to add a Training Coordinator to our growing team. We offer competitive pay with weekly attendance bonus and quarterly profit sharing. The Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring manufacturing employees are trained to perform the duties of their respective jobs and building and sustaining a continuous improvement culture throughout a manufacturing plant. The Training Coordinator will work with Leadership and the Trainers on recommendations to improve our Training Program, including interviewing, onboarding, and Training curriculum plus safety, productivity, quality, cost, and the efficiency of operations. Essential Duties: Coordinate/supervise all new hire training for Employees. Track progress daily with all Trainees, adjusting training needs as required. Mentor all Trainees during the training period to ensure successful onboarding and a smooth transition to becoming a valuable member of the team. Prepare performance-based training materials that outline daily objectives for each position. Develop and maintain a daily Training check list that ensures each Trainee receives needed training, with sign-off by Trainer and Trainee Enforces training program protocols, rules, and regulations. Responsible for maintaining all new hire documentation. Develop and manage the Plant Training matrix.
