The Millennium Group Associate Director - National Mail, Print, Office Services Accounts in Tinton Falls, New Jersey

90000-120000 per year DOE | Tinton Falls, NJ, USA | Salary | Full Time

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Vice President, the Associate Director - National Accounts is responsible for managing strategic operations of multiple high profile accounts throughout TMG. The Associate Director - National Accounts is also responsible for covering for the Executive Director in his absence and will participate in senior leadership initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining and/or exceeding excellent client customer satisfaction and site performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and provides direct support to assigned site leadership throughout the their span of control.

  • Act as a trusted partner, building strong relationships with business leaders through timely, relevant and tailored communication.

  • Provides timely customer support in a cost-effective manner.

  • Ensures service level agreements are met and/or exceeded, equipment, and performance goals are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production. Ensures fixed assets are preserved. Initiates recommendations to the client in order to maximize performance.

  • Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional area. Alerts manager of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendation and implements solutions to problems related to same.

  • Ensures services are being met and/or exceeded according to Service level agreements (SLA)

  • Ensures the Operation team is following company policy and procedures.

  • Manages budget and controls expenses effectively.

  • Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as deemed necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.

  • Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance.

    SKILL SETS:

  • This position requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience along with a proven track record of managing multiple locations for the following service lines; mail, shipping/receiving, and other related office services, have the ability to identify and resolve potential problems, strong leadership, customer relationship skills, project management, excellent computer skills, along with other duties as assigned.

  • Manage delivery of operations of the Office Services Department across multiple locations/states. The Office Services team is responsible for providing general office services to associates in multiple locations.

  • 4-year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.

  • Requires proven track record of operations leadership and integrity by possessing 5-7 years of related experience in Production, Office services, Facilities Management; extensive management experience.

  • Possesses experience in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers, peers, management, and clients.

  • Exceptional operational expertise including quality and six sigma process improvement and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional leadership expertise and demonstrated track record of creating employee engagement, hiring, retaining and developing staff.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic directions.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external business and customer relationships.

  • Ability to solve complex and unique problems that have a significant impact on the business.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytic, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
