Continental Head of Fleet Solutions & CCB RO - Tires in Timișoara, Romania

  • Develop Continental tire business in Romania, both on commercial vehicles tires (CVT) and fleet business (both product groups) in Romania;

  • Report to Head of Commercial Consumer & Fleet Business, Southeast Europe (SEE);

  • Balance – at highest possible level - Continental presence in all sales channels and/or business models;

  • Create / maintain long lasting relationship with customers, monitor satisfaction;

  • Decisively contribute to the local sales strategy creation and implement it after approval;

  • Create action plans to boost sales and profitability;

  • Motivate sales team, monitor its performance;

  • Plan the business, coordinate sales forecast process;

  • Monitor our competitiveness and act for improving it; best knowledge of the local tire market (status and trends);

  • Align local Romanian sales approach with the SEE approved one;

  • Implement/support Continental projects in the local market;

  • Follow the legislation and the internal rules and procedure; ensure best quality of the output.

  • Customer relationship oriented and networking skills;

  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken);

  • Negotiation and presentation skills;

  • Experience in sales (min. 5 years);

  • Experience in multinational companies and / or in international commercial collaborations;

  • High level of self-drive;

  • MS Office;

  • University degree (e.g. Technical Engineering, Economics, Finance);

  • Experience in tires sales is considered an advantage.
