Job Title: Structural Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating structural components for various construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and adherence to safety standards. Perform structural welding tasks including assembly, fabrication, and installation of steel components. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements. Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct quality inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to ensure project deadlines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tigard, Oregon.

Work Environment

180,000 sq ft single steel fabrication facility is one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest. Our company is AISC certified to work on high-rise buildings, bridges, marine, and other structural steel projects. The facility also holds an AISC Sophisticated Paint, Indoor endorsement QP3 (SPE) with years of experience applying surface treatments and paint.
